What are your service hours?
MacPro Cleaning proudly serves all of Sarasota County. To ensure we provide a wonderful working experience for our team members, they have Sundays off. This allows our team to rest and enjoy their family time. If you need a cleaning scheduled on a Sunday, the owners Alysia and Mike are more than happy to assist you.

How do I book a cleaning appointment?
Use any of the methods above or fill out an online form, and one of our team members will reach back out to you as soon as possible.
Are your prices negotiable?
Our pricing is determined by the details provided in the booking process and is fixed without room for negotiation. We take pride in our services and the inherent value they offer.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All payments must be made the day of or before your scheduled cleaning. We accept Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Venmo, Apple Pay, Zelle and PayPal.
For a newcomer, which service would you suggest?
For clients new to our services seeking a recurring cleaning schedule (daily, weekly, bi-weekly), we initially start with our Deep Clean Service. Our deep cleans are comprehensive, addressing areas often overlooked in standard cleans. This approach effectively resets your cleanliness standard to our high levels, enabling subsequent standard cleanings to maintain it.
Is my presence required during home cleaning sessions?
No, it is not necessary. You can grant us access to your home through a key, door/garage code, or buzzing us in. Nonetheless, we suggest a brief introduction for first-time clients to foster a more personable relationship.
What should I do to prepare the house for cleaning services?
Pick up any clutter (laundry, toys and other gadgets) and put pets in a secure spot.
Are you insured?
Book our cleaning services with confidence. We carry the required insurance to address any unforeseen issues during our service.
Are you licensed?
Yes, we are fully licensed by the State of Florida, Sarasota County, and Venice, FL.
Could you please provide information on your cancellation policy?
We recognize that life can bring unexpected changes, leading to the need for appointment cancellations. If you wish to cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning, we are happy to reschedule at a more convenient time.
Fees
We apply a modest $40 fee for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time. This fee helps cover the cost of reserving your time slot and compensates our cleaning professionals who have allocated time for your service.
Same Day Cancellation
If you cancel on the same day due to unforeseen circumstances, you will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the estimated booking quote. This is necessary because our cleaners have already dedicated their day to serving you, and finding a replacement at short notice is challenging for me.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these policies, as they enable us to deliver the best possible service consistently.
